ToonStruck is a graphical adventure game developed by Burst and published by Virgin Interactive in 1996. The story is about the cartoon animator Drew Blanc, who fell asleep during his work and woke up in a cartoon world. King Hugh sends him to stop the evil Count Nefarious. He got one of his own creations as an assistant: Flux Wildly.
The protagonist Drew Blanc has been played by Christopher Lloyd, who is also known in his roles as Doc in Back to the Future or Uncle Fester in The Addams Family. ToonStruck was originally supposed to have a much longer plot, but due to time pressure, it has been decided to divide it into two separate games. Even though many graphics and animations were already done for the second game, it has been cancelled after all.
